Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time refers to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

United States 🇺🇸: 5–10 business days
International 🌍: 7–15 business days

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delays can occasionally happen.

Shipping carriers may experience unexpected transit delays due to weather, transportation disruptions, or high shipping volumes. International orders may also experience customs delays.

In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to address verification, payment review, or product availability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Skimistry is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to assist you and keep you informed.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

If you notice an error, please email hello@skimistry.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee changes after this time.

If our system detects an address issue, we may contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control.

If your package is lost or stolen, please email hello@skimistry.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as most carriers have a formal claims process.

Skimistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.
